Agape MusicWorks HIV/AIDS Awareness Charity Bowl

The Agape MusicWorks HIV/AIDS Awareness Charity Bowl is a fun-filled event to help children in the U.S. and abroad who are orphaned or infected by HIV/AIDS. The event was spearheaded by our CEO, Carl Brister, who litteraly watched a friend close his eyes eternally due to complications from this disease. "He asked me to promise never to give up. I didn't know what he meant at the time. I think God used that experience to inspire me to do what I can to encourage others who are living with this disease."

The first charity bowl was held on December 18, 2004 and was a great success. Over 90 children at the Newark Beth Israel Hospital Pediatric AIDS Division were presented with much needed sets of brand new outerwear. Over the past two years The event has also raised funds to donate to organizations who assist children affected by HIV/AIDS in Mozambique and Nigeria. We ask you to pray for the healing of those who are living with HIV/AIDS throughout the world and also that the children who are affected by this disease will feel the warmth of God’s love through our collective outreach.
